Supervision of Supervision
This seven-month long series of sessions is designed working supervision leaders. Each session will consist of a didactic portion and a case discussion portion. In the case discussion portion, participants are expected to bring questions and issues arising from their supervision practice for guidance and advice.
Educational objectives:
Upon successful completion of this training, participants will be able to

Name 5 relevant theories that are suitable for reflective practice in interpreting

Identify 3 opening activities for groups starting supervision

Explain how validation is a key component for behavioral change

Explain 5 usable ‘themes’ in reflective practice
