• Each Credentialed Supervision Leader is an independent business owner and is not employed by IIRAS International, LLC. 

• Each Credentialed Supervision Leader has her/his own personality and leading style. 

• Credentialed Supervision Leaders have successfully completed training and assessment of the knowledge, skills, and attitudes of Supervision Leaders as defined by IIRAS International, LLC. 

• Credentialed Supervision leaders set their own fees.

• IIRAS International, LLC not receive any percentage of a leader's fee. Credentialed Supervision Leaders have paid for the training course and credentialing review. There are renewal requirements and continuing professional development expectations.
